We also cannot issue refunds for customer mistakes such as providing an incorrect shipping address or failing to collect a parcel from customs.
3. Return Process
If your return request is approved, our support team will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back. Please ensure:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
 - The return includes proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt)
 
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong or damaged items).
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement once the issue is verified. Exchange availability depends on product stock at the time of your request.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered finalized and cannot be canceled. If you need to make changes or corrections, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
